Shipping Policy
At Sunbridge, we ship all the orders by courier from our warehouse in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
- Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, between 10 AM and 6 PM.
- Some courier partners may also request an OTP in order to complete delivery. You must provide this code to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. An OTP will be sent to the phone number you have entered at the time of purchase.
- Sunbridge is not liable for any damage after delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before shipping:
- If you want to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped, you can cancel it by reaching us at support@sunbridge.in or call us on our toll-free number 9833360298 .
- Unshipped prepaid orders will be refunded in the form of a credit note within 4-5 business days from the date the credit note request is processed.
Cancellation post shipping:
- Once the order has been shipped/dispatched and assigned to a delivery partner, we cannot cancel it.
- We have a no-refund policy.Sunbridge will not issue a refund once a product is delivered.
We here at Sunbridge make the best endeavor, by bringing the best food products at your doorstep in the comfort of your home.
We follow a thorough order placement procedure; once your order is placed on our website, it is immediately forwarded to the logistics partners for shipment. So it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed on our website. Our customers can sit back and relax since our product undergoes a proper quality assurance procedure before being dispatched. We make sure that our customers do not face any circumstances where order cancellation is required. International Orders & Shipments
We do not offer Goods exchanges or Returns on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any Goods you have received are in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at support@sunbridge.in within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.
