Refund policy
1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
No, once an order has been placed on our website, it cannot be canceled.
2. What should I do if I have a complaint or grievance about my order?
If you have any product or post-delivery concerns, please notify us within 4 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, share a package opening video and relevant details. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our team at info@sunbridge.in with supporting photos or videos.
3. What if my delivery is delayed or I haven’t received it?
If you experience any delivery-related issues, notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery confirmation message from our courier partner. We will investigate and take the necessary action.
4. Can I return or get a refund for my order?
We follow a No Refund Policy. Only defective or damaged products are eligible for return within 4 working days from the date of delivery. In such cases, we can arrange a replacement on an urgent basis.
