1. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and WhatsApp message with a tracking link. Simply click on it to view your real-time delivery status.
2. How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Metro and Tier-1 cities may receive orders faster.
3. Can I modify my address or phone number after placing an order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update your details. Please reach out to our team as soon as possible with your order ID.
4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
A defective or damaged product(s) are eligible for return within 4 working days from the date of delivery. In such cases, we can arrange a replacement on an urgent basis.

For return requests, please share:
1) A photo/video showing the product condition.
2) The delivery confirmation message or image.
5. I missed my delivery. What should I do?
Do not worry. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order again. You can also contact them directly through your tracking link for help.
6. What payment methods do you accept
We accept Debit and Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallet Payments. You can also opt for Cash on Delivery (COD) in select areas.
7. Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available on most orders across India. However, Free Shipping offers are valid only on prepaid orders.
8. My payment failed, but the amount was deducted. What should I do?
If your payment was deducted, it will be automatically refunded within 5 to 7 business days. You can also contact our support team with your payment details.
9. I have not received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact our support team (care@sunbridge.in) and we will resend the confirmation right away.
