Ingredient


Banana Chocolate Pancake Mix,Oil/Butter


1½ cups milk


2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
(as per preference)


Pour 120–150 ml of chilled milk
over the Chocos


Mix lightly and enjoy immediately
for maximum crunch.


Optional: Add sliced bananas, strawberries,
or nuts for extra fun!

Method


In a medium bowl, add the Banana Chocolate
Pancake Mix and gradually whisk
in milk until smooth.


Add the melted butter or oil to the batter
and mix well until lump-free with slightly
thin consistency.


Heat a pan over medium flame and
lightly grease it with oil.


Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the center
of the pan and gently spread into a circle.


Cook until the bottom is golden brown,
then flip and cook the other side until
golden as well.


Serve warm with fruits, honey, or whipped
cream for the perfect snack or
breakfast treat.
