Ingredient


3 large potatoes, peeled & cut into fries


2 tbsp cornflour


1 tsp chaat masala


½ tsp red chilli powder


½ tsp cumin powder


Salt to taste


Kidzola Frying Oil (for deep frying)

Method


Soak fries in cold water for 20 mins.
Drain and pat dry.


Toss with cornflour to coat evenly.
Heat Kidzola Frying Oil to 170°C.


Fry the potatoes until golden and crisp.
Remove and drain on paper towels.


While hot, toss with chaat masala,
chilli powder, cumin, and salt.


Tip: Double-fry for extra crispiness!
Serve hot with ketchup or mint mayo.
